Limited Warranty:
All products sold by Great Lakes Allied are warranted by Great Lakes Allied (GLA) only to the purchasers for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase from GLA. All claims must be made in writing within 60 days of failure. All returned items require a Return Authorization number prior to return. Any part, which is determined by GLA to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to GLA shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired, replaced, or refunded at GLA’s option including return freight costs at the most economical shipping method.
Warranty Disclaimer:

Disposition:
GLA will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product, which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call GLA with the date of purchase and or date and number of original invoice and detailed description of the nature of the defect. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer on delivery to the common carrier. If the product was damaged in return shipment, buyer must file claim with the carrier.
Product Suitability:
While GLA attempts to ensure that its products comply with federal, state, and local codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of its products, GLA cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used.
Manufacturers Sales or Technical Literature:
Some GLA products may include manufacturers technical or sales literature. GLA assumes no responsibility for the content of such literature.
