Ordering and Shipping Terms

Purchasing:
Identification is required from all purchasers. Possession of our catalog does not constitute the right to purchase from GLA

Prices and Payment Terms:
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 from the date of shipment. Exports may require special payment terms. If credit is not established, please include payment with order by wire transfer or through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Cash payments are not allowed. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on any unpaid overdue balance.

Force Majeure:
GLA shall not be liable for any costs or damages due to delay caused in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of GLA in the conduct of its business.

Cancellations and Returns:
All cancellations and returns must be approved by GLA and may be subject to a restocking charge. All returned items must be in as-delivered condition and require a Return Authorization Number in order to receive credit.

Sales Tax and Applicable Law:
GLA is required to charge state and local taxes on items for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. As GLA is based in Michigan, and disputes will be governed by Michigan law.

Freight:
Unless otherwise stated, freight and all other shipping fees will be charged for all shipments. The consignee must pay all taxes, duties, and extra charges incurred due to special handling by the carrier. Title and risk loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier.
